Brittany: Pays de Rennes: Betton Enjoy a countryside stay between Betton and Saint-Grégoire in this comfortable gîte with a fully enclosed yard and parking space. On the ground floor, you'll find a living room with an equipped kitchen, a lounge, a laundry room, and a WC. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed (160 x 200), the other with two single beds (90 x 180). A shower room and WC complete the upper floor. Outside, you can relax in the garden furniture or on the loungers. The gîte is ideally located just steps from the banks of the Ille-et-Rance canal, perfect for walks or bike rides, and for discovering the Betton market every Sunday morning. Bed linen and towels are available for an extra charge. Please leave the accommodation as clean as you found it; otherwise, an extra charge will apply. If you prefer, a cleaning service is available on site for an extra charge.
