Brittany: Pays de Rennes: Betton Enjoy a countryside stay between Betton and Saint-Grégoire in this comfortable gîte with a fully enclosed yard and parking space. On the ground floor, you’ll find a living room with equipped kitchen, lounge, laundry room, and WC. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed (160 x 200), the other with two single beds (90 x 180). A shower room and WC complete the upper floor. Outside, relax in the garden furniture or on the loungers. The gîte has direct access to a protected cycle path right outside, letting you reach the Ille-et-Rance canal banks on foot or by bike in under 2 km—perfect for walks. Betton’s market takes place every Sunday morning nearby. Bed linen and towels are available for an extra charge. At departure, please leave the property as clean as you found it. Two separate deposits are required: one for possible damages, another only if cleaning is not done by guests. The second deposit will not be withheld if the property is returned clean.
